The Sunday Spin Lineup
4 elite creamis you haven't seen on social media!
Alright friends… we’re not easing into this one.
This is a full-blown Creami lineup.
Four completely different personalities.
Four different textures.
Four different reasons to justify spinning something tonight.
We’ve got gourmet.
We’ve got nostalgic chaos.
We’ve got cinnamon roll core.
And we’ve got a fruit swirl that looks like it belongs behind glass at a gelato shop.
Let’s get into it.
💚 Caramel Pistachio Creami
~300–340 calories
(Varies slightly based on milk + caramel used)
Ingredients:
1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp pistachio pudding mix
2 tbsp sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Swirl:
1–2 tbsp caramel sauce
1 tbsp crushed pistachios
Directions:
Combine everything (minus swirl + nuts) into a Creami cup. Freeze 16 hours.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream.
Scrape down icey sides → Respin.
Create a center well, add caramel + pistachios, run Mix-In.
Elite. Nutty. Slightly salty. The caramel swirl does heavy lifting here.
🍬 Jellybean Sorbet
~180–220 calories
(Depending on juice used)
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups 100% fruit juice (strawberry or cherry works best)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sweetener (I used honey)
Swirl:
1–2 tbsp berry syrup or jelly
Directions:
Combine “Ingredients” into Creami cup. Freeze 16 hours.
Spin on Sorbet.
If needed → splash juice → Respin.
Add syrup swirl and lightly fold in.
It tastes like melted jellybeans in the best way possible. Bright. Loud. Summer-coded.
🤎 Cinnabon Swirl
~310–350 calories
Ingredients:
1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute)
1 tbsp vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 TBSP Lite Maple Syrup
Pinch salt
Swirl:
1 tbsp brown sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + splash maple syrup
Directions:
Combine base ingredients. Freeze 16 hours.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream.
Scrape sides down → Respin.
Add cinnamon sugar swirl. Run Mix-In.
Dust top with extra cinnamon if you’re feeling theatrical.
This one smells illegal while spinning.
💜 Black Currant Swirl
~280–320 calories
Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen black currants
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tbsp vanilla pudding mix
Pinch salt
Swirl:
1–2 tbsp berry reduction
White chocolate pearls (optional)
Directions:
Blend base until smooth. Pour into Creami cup. Freeze 16 hours.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream.
Scrape down icey sides → Respin.
Hole in the middle → Add swirl → Run Mix-In.
Top with white chocolate pearls (optional)
This one looks expensive. Deep purple. Tart. Clean finish.
That’s the lineup.
If you batch all four at once, I respect the commitment.
If you only spin one… choose wisely.

🔧 What I Use for My Ninja Creami Recipes
I get asked this a lot, so I wanted to put everything in one place.
These are the only products and ingredients I personally use in most of the recipes I give out. You don’t need all of them — but if you’re looking for better texture, better macros, and more consistent results, these make a big difference.
👉“Tasti” Premade Ice Cream Mix
Crafted by a food scientist and formulated specifically for the Ninja Creami, this pre-made mix delivers the perfect ratio of sweetness, protein, and creaminess — just add to milk… that’s it!
👉Vanilla Protein Powder
Best I’ve found for great texture while avoiding chalky protein aftertaste.
👉Clear Whey Protein (For Sorbets!) - 10% OFF
The perfect clear protein for fruit desserts with the best flavors.
👉Chocolate Protein Powder
Strong chocolate flavor without turning the pint gritty or icy.
👉Extra Ninja Creami Pint Containers
Makes batching recipes easy and lets you keep multiple flavors ready to spin.
👉Extra Ninja Creami Pint Containers - Deluxe
Makes batching recipes easy and lets you keep multiple flavors ready to spin.
👉Ninja Swirl
For the serious Creami crowd. Worth the upgrade if you are a daily Creami user.
👉Digital Kitchen Scale (Optional)
Not required, but helpful if you want accurate macros and repeatable results.
If you made it this far, you’re officially Creami certified.
Next week might be cocktail-focused.
Or dangerously chocolate.
We’ll see what the freezer says.
